Hey there girl. What if I was to tell you, that the ONLY way you can achieve the love, health and wealth you are after, is by becoming your own best friend.
You can read all the self-help books out there, attend all the seminars and workshops in the world, drink green smoothies and move your body daily. But I can tell you right now, if something in your life isn’t quite right, then you need to look at the relationship you have with yourself. And that is where I come in.
You see, as a young girl and teenager, I didn’t like myself at all. I had the worst relationship with the most important person in my life. ME. And because of that, all of my relationships suffered, I had no control over my finances and a really bad relationship with money, I found it hard to find a job I truly loved, and my health suffered. I was constantly doing things just to be accepted. I would do things that weren’t my truth, just so people would approve of me. I wanted others to tell me I was good enough, pretty enough, smart enough and I didn’t feel comfortable with my own company, there for, I was constantly seeking out side of myself for reassurance and security. After being being bullied at school, I developed a sabotaging and obsessive relationship with food and exercised out of fear, because I wanted everyone else to accept my appearance. I literally lost all power of my life. And it is all so clear to me now. It is all because I wasn’t my own best friend and I needed to be.
My job, is to teach exactly what I went through. To teach exactly what I needed for myself, and that was to become my own best friend. So if you CAN’T sit here right now with confidence and say you are your own best friend and you accept yourself fully, then girl, things needs to change.
When you can become your own best friend, and have an unbreakable bond with yourself, only then will everything else in your life fall in to place. Trust me. This is where you have to start. No if’s or but’s about it. The relationship with yourself is where it begins and will always begin. If things in your life aren’t how you would love them to be, then your relationship with yourself needs an adjustment. And I have you covered.
If I am speaking to you because you are saying to yourself ‘she gets me, she so gets me!’ then it is because I have been in your shoes, and believe me, I do ‘get’ you.
I am going to teach you HOW to become your own BFF. So if that is what you need, then stick around, because you are in the right place.

I LOVE the beach and summer day/nights. In fact I live for it. There is nothing more cleansing and calming to me then the ocean
I love spending time with family. I have two younger brothers.
I don’t have a huge group of friends (this is by choice) I have a handful of close girlfriends. I am a huge believer in you become like the five people you surround yourself with the most. So I pick my friends wisely and spend time with people that only lift me
My partner Chet is the best thing in the world to me. He is my rock, best friend, my soul mate, and I am forever grateful to have him in my life. He supports my every move and compliments me in every way. One of my favourite things to do is spend quality time with him
I LOVE animals. Dogs and White Tigers in particular. I find animals so beautiful in the sense their love for you is so genuine and unconditional. Scientists say, playing with your dog for up to 10 minutes can lower your heart rate and increase your happiness. My little dog Max does exactly this for me 🙂
Dancing and music is in my blood. I am actually a freaking good dancer, and used to dance professionally in my teenage years. I have danced my whole life. Literally.
I am a born Aussie through and through, but my background is Italian and Belgium. My dad was born here but has an Italian background, and my mum was born in Belgium.
I love the gym, yoga, meditation and doing the Bondi to Bronte walk. I train every morning with my man Monday – Friday. It sets me up for the day.
I am a self taught learner. Some may say I am a bit of a grey hound when it comes to what I want to achieve. I am very driven, a high achiever, and I absolutely never give up when I want to achieve something. In fact I will keep at it until I achieve it. I also believe you can NEVER stop learning. There is always something you don’t know.
