I truly believe, that how you start your day will always determine how your day pans out. Yes at any given moment, we have the power and the choice to change the direction we are headed, whether it’s a bad attitude we need to nip in the butt quick smart, a better food choice we need to make for lunch, or that gym, yoga, meditation sesh we need to fit in today to move our body. Every second of every day is your choice, but over the past couple of years, one thing, that has become clear to me is the importance of how we begin each day.
